E-commerce (Saudi Arabia)
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the website https://www.altamayuz.sa (the "Site") and the purchase of custom packaging products (the "Products") from Al Tamayuz, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("KSA," "We," "Us," or "Our").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site.
This Agreement is subject to the KSA E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126 dated 27/11/1440H) and its implementing regulations. We undertake to provide clear and accurate information regarding the Products, pricing, payment methods, and delivery timelines as required by the law.
All orders for custom packaging are considered a binding offer by you to purchase the Products. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all specifications, quantities, and design files submitted.
We will provide a digital or physical proof of the custom design. Production will only commence upon your explicit approval of the final proof. Once approved, you are responsible for any errors (including, but not limited to, spelling, grammar, color, or dimension) present in the approved proof.
An order is only officially accepted when We send an email confirmation of acceptance, not merely an acknowledgment of the order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to, design content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights.
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to change without notice. The final price includes the cost of the Products and any applicable value-added tax (VAT) as per KSA tax laws.
Payment must be made in full before production commences, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract. Accepted payment methods will be clearly listed on the Site.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use any content (text, images, logos, etc.) that you submit for the custom packaging design. You agree to indemnify Us against any claims arising from the use of content that infringes on a third party's IP rights.
All design templates, software, and proprietary content on the Site remain the sole property of Al Tamayuz.
By submitting content, you grant Us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You acknowledge that due to differences in monitor calibration, printing processes (CMYK vs. RGB), and material characteristics, the final printed color may vary from the digital design shown on your screen. Minor color variations are not considered a defect.
Custom manufacturing processes involve inherent physical limitations. You accept a reasonable tolerance for variations in product dimensions, quantity (overs/unders), and material thickness, as per industry standards for custom packaging.
Any claims regarding defects in materials or workmanship must be submitted within [Specify Number, e.g., 7] days of receipt of the Products, accompanied by photographic evidence.
The estimated delivery time begins upon proof approval and full payment, not upon initial order submission. Timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or third-party shipping carriers.
The risk of loss and title for the Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier at our shipping facility in the KSA.

To the fullest extent permitted by KSA law, Al Tamayuz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to the sale or use of the custom packaging Products. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jeddah, KSA, in accordance with the KSA E-Commerce Law provisions.
